Data Deletion

You can request deletion of product-level BabelCom personal information by contacting Somewhat Labs. Some records may be controlled by the building, estate, or site operator that invited you to use BabelCom and may need to be handled by that administrator.

How to Request Deletion

Email legal@somewhatlabs.com with the subject "BabelCom data deletion request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your BabelCom account.

What We May Delete

Product-level account, support, app, and hosted-service records may be deleted or de-identified where deletion is allowed and technically feasible.

What May Be Retained

We may retain records needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, backups, or audit obligations. Site-controlled access logs and resident records may be subject to the site's retention settings and local legal duties.

Site-Controlled Data

If your data is managed by a building, estate, or operator on a local BabelCom node, we may direct your request to that site administrator or ask you to contact them directly.
